2. API Usage and Limitations

Your use of our bi-directional syncing feature is subject to the API rate limits imposed by third-party providers (e.g., Atlassian). SyncSprint is not liable for syncing delays caused by exceeding these limits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
